The New Jersey State Barbecue Championship℠ is a three-day open-air festival held July 8-10th, 2011 featuring championship barbecue competition; live cooking demonstrations, special displays, and food and beverage vendors to satisfy every taste and appetite. It is held in conjuction with The Anglesea Blues Festival℠ which features both national and regional blues musicians. But even more important to readers of this site is that it also has the Bud Light Wing Challenge.

The Wing Challenge is a Team Relay Wing Eating Contest, consisting of three members per team, each eating 25 wings.
