CHALLENGE:
It is a 5.25lb total challenge, with 1 pound of sliced or chopped brisket, 1 pound of pulled pork and 1 pound of sausage on a bun that weighs in at around 1.25 lbs. It comes with a 1/2 pound of beans and a 1/2 pound of potato salad on the side.
