This place is not your typical challenge restaurant. With menu items like ham and Brie Panini with herb mayo, hummus sandwich, shrimp and sausage Creole and vegan shepherds pie there are many reasons to come here. But for this site it all comes down to the Po Boy Challenge.
CHALLENGE:
3 catfish fillets (approx 1.5 lbs), 20 shrimp (approx. 1 lb), breaded and deep fried. Set in a toasted 22 inch French baguette with diced pickle, tomato, and chopped lettuce, then drizzled with remoulade sauce. Comes with a lb of slaw and a lb of fries. No time limit so you can take as long as you want to enjoy this.
