This feature is a little different then most we do here. This is just letting people know about an “amatuer level 2 food fighter” as he identifies himself on his Facebook Page, Randy Santel. This guy is ripping up the Midwest food challenge scene. As of this article he has 44 successful food challenges under his belt. I use many sources for finding leads about restaurants with food challenges. Randy is a great source for such restaurants in the Midwest.
