Alamo Springs Cafe Jefe Challenge

Alamo Springs Cafe has one of the top burgers in Teas according to Texas Monthly Magazine. So not only is there burger challenge big its also top quality.

CHALLENGE:
The Jefe challenge features a burger consisting of six half pound patties with cheese and is served on the Jalapeno Cheese bun with mayo, lettuce, tomato, mustard, onion, and pickles. It also includes a large order of fries. There is a time limit of 30 minutes to consume this monster. Once that is achieved, there is a fifteen minute waiting period that must be obtained at the table.
